Mental health awareness week is 18-24th May this year and the theme is Kindness. This week Futureworks will be raising awareness of Mental Health.
Research shows that helping others can be beneficial to
our own mental health. It can reduce stress, improve our
emotional wellbeing and even benefit our physical health.
